Millie shook hard, and gasped when a painfully loud voice hit her ears. She turned her head, seeing Jacob staring at them both, looking worried. "D-dad ca-ame." She convulsed, the tremor in her voice making it barely able to understand. "H-he attac-cked us. I-I c-can't heal ... I d-don't thin .. nk I'm a-a were-w-wolf anymore." She stuttered, looking at her unappealing wounds, her cold skin, feeling the change inside. She squeezed Seth's hand, hoping that somewhere in the mist he was in, he'd feel her there, next to him. "S-Seth's hurt." She finished, feeling her mind begin to slip, however tightly she held to it. Everything was slowing down, everything ...

But Abe was gone for now. He wasn't coming back anytime soon. She had won, Seth had won, and Carlisle had won. Abe had lost. A tiny prickle of pride filled her chest, despite the world fading around her. She knew they could do it, that it was possible. But she didn't think first. This was the worst time she could have chosen to fight, really. She was not a full werewolf, could not heal nor phase. She was not a full vampire, and could not move as quick as them, nor did she have the iron hard skin. Her weakest point .. Was this planned on purpose by Abe? Did he somehow know? He had a cruel heart, a sick mind. And he was once friends with Carlisle? All these unanswered questions were bubbling up like the blood from her wounds, and she pushed them away. She'd get to them later.

Millie gripped Seth's sweating hand tighter with her own trembling fingers. He was yelling, crying out. She heard him howl her name over and over again, and she shook harder, if that was possible. "Seth! I'm right here. I'm here. I love you." She could talk clearly, somehow through her trembling, though her tone was wavering, fading at spots. She looked at him in dismay, the vision of her love suddenly paling, and growing still. No! She hugged his body tight, her heart falling apart. How could this be? In the background she heard him calling her name over and over again, choking on blood, and apologizing for some odd reason. He had to be alive, right? What was this in front of her, an illusion? She pulled herself up some more, trying to see into his eyes. "I'm here!" She cried, her voice breaking, fraying at the seams. All her pain suddenly heaved forward, and she screamed out loud, convulsing.

She could hear Jacob and Carlisle moving behind her, and she placed torso over Seth, her gaze glazed and wild, her eyes rolling as they stared around. She caught a mirror, staring at a beautiful ravaged girl holding a dying man, and gasped in shock. That girl was her, and the girl's eyes were a light amber, not her clear blue they had always been. What was happening? Everything seemed to spin around her, the voices lost in her mind. "W-what's H-h-happening?" She shouted, her wild gaze looking for a source that was causing these illusions, one that was giving her these nightmares.

Everything was spinning. Her stomach was in a fiery pain where Abe has driven the branch through the skin, and all her other wounds were seeping blood sluggishly out, and the pain erupted once more from her, and she let herself relax, her muscles letting go, and shrieked in agony. And, though she could see the world around her, her limbs stopped working. She gasped in horror as her hand slid from Seth's, and her torso caved, sending her crashing to the ground, immobilized. She couldn't even lift a finger, she let her light amber eyes widen when she noticed this. Her mind panicked, and she was still. Her shaking had stopped, and everything was now still. She felt her body grow colder, and her limbs stiffen. What was happening?

"I saw .. Things." She replied hoarsely, her voice now calm and serene. There was no tremor left, though that was only the cherry on the miracle that she could still move her lips, and work her throat to speak. "Bad things." She added fearfully, trying to move her eyes so she could see Seth, though from the floor it was utterly impossible. "I can't move." She spoke with a voice of wonder, as if she were awed and not terrified of the fact she was stuck like this, still and cold. Why was she cold? "Is it cold in here?" She coughed, some blood beginning to trickle out of the side of her mouth. She must've looked ghastly, but she couldn't raise a hand to wipe it away.

Millie stared upwards, seeing everything with more sharpness than ever before. Her senses were tingling, and she could hear better, see stronger, and smell easier than she had two minutes ago. In her wonder as she brought the world to her, without moving, she felt a goofy grin crawl up and lighten her features. It was only then did she notice all the pain had gone. "But its fine." She giggled, surprising herself. Here she lay, wounds open and clearly harmful, and she was laughing. But there was no pain, no stinging, and no numbness anymore. What was that? "I can't feel anything." Sh told Seth, smiling up at him. "I think ... I think I'll be fine. Really, I feel fine." She explained, her eyes darting from Seth to Jacob to Carlisle, and back to Seth.

Suddenly, her limbs relaxed. She blinked in surprise and tentatively moved an arm. It lifted up, just as she had wanted it to. She could move! She blinked, turning her neck around, and smiled even wider. Her hand still in Seth's, she sat up, and gasped in awe. Her body was clean of wounds, her clothes ragged and limp on her shoulders and skin, though blood still matted everything from before. That was odd. Millie blinked, and lifted her head to look into the mirror. She could faintly see her eyes changing, or they had changed. They were blue no longer, but a deep violet-navy color, almost black. And she was pretty, her skin flawless and white. She touched her hand to her cheek, and felt cold, stiff skin there. Iron-hard. "Wow..." She breathed, her gaze exhilrated as she twisted to see Seth once more, her gaze shining.
